1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Every order is treated as a unique creation. Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Upon processing, your package is dispatched from our central hub in Kolkata, India, ensuring that your order embarks on its journey with the utmost care.


2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Shipping: We proudly serve customers across India. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options, where available, may deliver your order within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be clearly displayed at checkout.  

  • International Shipping: For our global patrons, we offer international shipping services. Delivery timelines for international orders vary based on the destination and customs processes. International shipping fees will be computed at checkout, and any customs duties or additional taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Therefore, the expected delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days to reach the customer's end. 


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment on our courier partner's website, keeping you informed every step of the way.


4. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Any inaccuracies or omissions may result in delays or returns. Should a package be returned due to an incorrect address, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

Upon receipt, please inspect your package carefully. If you discover any damaged items or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@kapokkfashions.com and providing relevant details along with photographic evidence. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
