Eligible Items: Items may be returned if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must include the original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Eligible Items: Personalized products, intimate apparel, final sale items, and any customized orders are not eligible for returns. Certain hygiene products and special collections may also fall under this category.
2. Return Process

Initiating a Return: To begin your return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@kapokkfashions.com or through our Contact Form. Kindly include your order details and a brief explanation for your return.

Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions for returning your item.

Shipping the Return: Please send your return using a trackable shipping service. Include the RMA number on your package. Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process

Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Processing Your Refund: Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will credit back the refund amount in 5 - 10 business days to appear in your customer's account.

Partial Refunds: If an item is returned with missing parts or signs of use, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
4. Replacement Process
At Kapok Fashions, we strive to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free replacement process.
✅ Eligibility for Replacement:

Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

The product must be the same item that was originally delivered (no cross-product replacement).

Valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless received damaged or defective).

Products that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

Customized or made-to-order products
Once the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be delivered to the customer within 7 days. Our support team will verify the claim and initiate the replacement process within 2-3 business days. Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped at RS. 69 or as contacted with our concerned support team.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@kapokkfashions.com and providing photographic evidence of the issue.
